Among our Zinfra team are proud service men and women who make up a fundamental part of the Australia Defence Force in their role as reserves.
We’re committed to supporting our reservists and are proud to officially be recognised as a bronze member of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Supportive Employee Program (SEP).
Being a SEP member means we can better understand the contribution reservists make when they are away from their current employment and the skills they bring back to our workforce, which include:
driving and operating vehicles and heavy machinery
advanced communications
project and contract management
performance management.
Our Zinfra ADF reservists are proud and loyal Australians who come from all backgrounds to contribute to military service.
We are proud to partner with Engineers Australia and value this partnership we share. This partnership allows us to connect with a target audience and highlight our capabilities as demonstrate our thought leadership. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with Engineers Australia and promoting our values to wider networks.
