Internships

Are you curious about the transmission of energy?
Keen to be part of the future of sustainable energy transition in Australia?
Then an internship at Zinfra could be perfect for you!

Our Intern Program is typically for 3rd or 4th year university students who will participate in paid work, whilst completing their education. Students often work full-time from November to February, during their summer holidays, or part-time outside those months.

Internships are a great way to incorporate practical, real-life learning into theoretical studies during university. It provides for a more holistic experience for the candidate and therefore develops strong prospects that can eventually progress into the graduate program, creating a strong pipeline of emerging talent into the business.

The program takes place from December to February each year

Opportunities with the Intern Program

During the Intern Program you will experience work in various Zinfra departments. This can include:

  • Finance

  • Digital

Every day will be different as you take on a variety of roles and responsibilities.

You will also get the opportunity to meet business leaders and engage with the communities we work in.

After your Internship with us, you will also have the opportunity to transition into our Graduate Program
