When undertaking a Zinfra Traineeship, you will train in roles including Trainee Administration Officers, Trainee Project Managers, Trainee Network Operators, Trainee Works Ready Coordinators and Trainee Line Design Surveyors. Some of our recent trainees have gone on to become managers at Zinfra!

Comprehensive Training - Our programs combine on-the-job experience with expert training from top providers like TAFE NSW and NECA Engineering Institute. You’ll develop the skills needed to excel, all while earning a competitive wage. Our trainees can include anything from a 24 month Certificate 3 in Business as a BSO through to a 4 year advanced diploma to be a field tester.

Diverse Opportunities - Whether you’re interested in becoming an electrician, or working with gas, Zinfra offers a variety of paths to suit your interests. And with over 170 apprentices and trainees having successfully completed our program since 2012, you’ll be in good company.

Shortlisted candidates will go through a selection process that includes interviews, assessments, and background checks.
