Zinfra recognised as Endorsed Employer by Work180 once again

We are excited to announce that both Zinfra and Jemena have once again been named Endorsed Employers by Work 180 for 2022.

Becoming an endorsed employer forms part of our ongoing commitment to making positive progress in developing an engaged, diverse and inclusive workforce.

One of the areas of importance for inclusivity is mitigating any potential bias in our approach to recruitment, and leveraging diversity for vacancies and building our employer brand.

Work 180 is Australia’s only jobs board that pre-screens employers before they can advertise jobs against a set of 20 criteria. The Group has been recognised for offering flexible / hybrid ways of work and 14 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers, amongst other criteria. Only 50% of employers who apply to work 180 meet their criteria and are granted endorsement.

“We are honoured to be recognised by Work 180 as an endorsed employer for a second year. This acknowledges our Diversity and Inclusion achievements across both Zinfra and Jemena. It also demonstrates the Group’s ongoing commitment to ensuring we are a workplace where everyone feels like they can belong; a place where everyone can truly be themselves and do their best work.” Catherine Bolch – Group Employee Experience Manager.
