Zinfra has announced a national partnership with Engineers Australia to support the future of Australia’s energy workforce. This collaboration will focus on creating new career pathways, supporting technical upskilling and encouraging diversity.
As Australia undergoes a major energy transition, Zinfra and Engineers Australia will work together so Zinfra can address skills shortages and find engineering talent that may be ready to step up or a career change.
Through industry-wide engagement, professional development and targeted initiatives including two webinars that focus on thought-leadership and showcase Zinfra’s capabilities and innovation, the partnership will also focus on driving greater inclusion across the profession, particularly women joining the sector.
