Furthering our Commitment to Reconciliation - Introducing our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

In furthering our commitment to Reconciliation, we are thrilled to announce that our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) [KM1] has been formally approved and endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

When we started our journey towards reconciliation through the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in 2020, this resource became a key platform to help us gain a better understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, cultures, and histories

Our Innovate RAP builds on this progress and will see us embed cultural awareness and understanding across Zinfra, develop more opportunities for Indigenous employment, and engage Traditional Owners on our projects and in communities through our RAP theme and commitment of ‘Connecting to Country – Connecting with Community’.

As we embark on our Innovate RAP, we continue our vision for reconciliation and making Zinfra the place where everyone feels they belong. We thank everyone who has contributed and the many people who will continue to form and nurture important relationships in the years to come.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands upon which we operate and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
