Calling all graduates: Applications open for 2023 Graduate Development Program

Are you interested in the future of the energy sector and are you looking to learn from some of the industry's best and brightest?

Do you want to work on real projects, solve real-world problems, and make a real difference to Australia's (and the world's) energy system?

We're on the lookout for passionate, inquisitive, and energetic graduates to join our two-year graduate development program as we navigate the transition to a net-zero economy.

Our graduate program is designed to develop talented individuals who can make a difference and create sustainable energy solutions with communities.

We're after graduates from a range of academic backgrounds, including engineering, finance, digital, and commerce, to take part in the program. In addition to contributing to real projects while also receiving on the job coaching and mentoring from leaders across the business, our graduates will complete formal classroom learning to equip them with work readiness skills in communication, finance, and project management.

Current Corporate Affairs & Marketing Graduate, Hannah Mawby, said participating in Jemena's graduate program has been both challenging and rewarding.

"Unlike other entry roles, the program allows the grads to rotate through different business units and work with other teams, which has exposed me to a broad range of people and perspectives, provided opportunities to collaborate on complex matters and diversified my overall skill set and understanding of the business.

"To have these opportunities so early on in my career has been fantastic and led me to work on some really exciting projects with great outcomes," she said.

Applications for the Group 2023 graduate program close on Monday 4 April 2022. Successful applicants will commence in February 2023.
