James Quigley

General Manager - One Distribution

James is our General Manager of One Distribution and Growth, a role focused on streamlining end-to-end management of Zinfra programs and delivering expansion opportunities. He joined the business in 2011 as Group Financial Controller to help lead the formal divestment of the Company from Jemena (in 2012). With decades of experience in executive roles across finance, operations and logistics, James is an exceptional leader.

He is already having a big impact in growing Zinfra’s offerings and capabilities, securing the AusNet Operations and Maintenance Services Agreement in late 2024. James will lead the mobilisation on the contract and delivery, due to commence in August

He is highly engaged, passionate about collaboration and embracing technology to successfully deliver greater value to our clients and partners. James is championing effective transformation within the business that will support client work of all sizes, impacting the sector as a whole. His

James holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
