Record applications received for apprentice and trainee program
We are growing. And getting better!
We’re excited and proud to announce that we received 2,961 applications for our 2024 Apprentice and Trainee Program! An increase of 18% in applications from 2023.
Our work on encouraging more diversity in our teams has also seen a positive increase of female applicants to the program – this year 12% of applications were female (a 4% increase from 2023) and 5.7% were Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island applications (a 1% increase)
We look forward to continue to build the capability of the industry through this important program and to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and community through a diverse, inclusive and highly skilled workforce.
