Winners and Finalists in the NECA Excellence Awards

We are incredibly proud and excited to announce that two of our Electrical Apprentices, Danial Monaghan and Hannah Ibrahim, have been nominated to progress to the ‘finalist stage’ as part of the Annual NECA Excellence and Apprentice Awards.

NECA delivers training to our Electrical Apprentices in Victoria and the NECA awards are the electrical and communications industry’s highest accolade, with apprentices being nominated by their teachers and mentors.

Danial was nominated for the Kevin Stevens Excellence Award for Academic Achievement which includes both Tasmania & Victoria apprentices and trainees, and was named winner of the award.

Hannah was nominated for Female Apprentice of the Year, which ranges from first to fourth year apprentices and was named as a Runner Up.

A fantastic achievement!

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands upon which we operate and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
