Ownership of Zinfra Group

Zinfra Group is 100% owned by SPI (Australia) Assets Pty Ltd, which in turn, is wholly owned by Singapore Power Limited, a leading energy utility company in the Asia Pacific region that owns and operates electricity and gas transmission and distribution businesses in Singapore and in Australia, primarily in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
